The collection of our Webinars is intended for self-study and is suitable for both teachers and anyone else who would like to become (more) media literate.
They provide users with media literacy skills and train them in the practical application of these skills.
Webinars can support teachers in using learning materials in the classroom.
Each thematic section concludes with a quiz to test the acquired knowledge. After submitting the quiz answers, you will be directed to the evaluation questionnaire. We kindly ask you to fill it out, because this is the only way we can gather valuable feedback and make improvements in the future.
By completing at least four webinars including the quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for the 8-hour training.
With these webinars, you will be able to teach children and others (colleagues, parents, etc.):
- how to assess the credibility and usefulness of the information;
- that online environments include all types of information and content, including false information and disinformation;
- how to promote respectful online behavior and access to accurate information;
- critical thinking, using reliable sources and finding credible information; and
- how to raise awareness about the importance of the media for democracy.
How did we design our Webinars?
The webinars consist of five thematic seminars.
You need approximately 10 school hours to work through all the materials, which may be self-paced. Each webinar may stand alone, so the order in which you approach them is not important, yet they complement each other.

Structure
Each webinar is divided into 4 sections: Introduction, Content, Conclusion and Quiz.
You may navigate between sections in the vertical menu on the left. You can see a progress bar in the top menu of each webinar.
Each section has buttons at the bottom of the page that allow you to move forward and backward through the webinar sections.
This is a self-study course. In each webinar you will find videos and texts as well as supplementary material or additional reading if you are inclined to study a particular topic in more detail.
Certificates of Training
Activities you need to do to obtain the certificate:
- reading and viewing (video, web links) content,
- self-evaluation: quiz.
Important: After completing the quiz, click on the Submit button.
A page will open where you can click on Certificate of Successfully Completed Webinar in the left vertical menu, which you can save to your computer.
If you need a Certificate of Completion for all Webinars (ex. for promotion points), then you will need a more detailed description in addition to the Certificates. Časoris will provide this if you send proof of at least four completed webinars (ex. a scan or photo of the four certificates that you have received).
